Who is FitX for?
FitX is built for apartment communities, gyms, health clubs, workplaces, and hospitality facilities. Facility owners and operators provide access to their residents, members, employees, or guests.
Does FitX require a subscription?
No subscription. Contact our team for facility pricing.
What does our facility need?
You need a compatible TV setup, internet access, and FitX account access. Members use the iPhone or Android app to choose classes and control playback. The FitX team can help you confirm compatibility and installation requirements.
Do we need a kiosk or new wiring?
The app-based FitX experience does not require a dedicated kiosk or new control wiring. Your TV setup still needs power and internet access.
How do members start a class on our facility TV?
Open FitX on the TV and enter its six-digit pairing code in the phone app. Choose a class and paired TV, then press play. The workout plays on the TV, and the phone controls playback.
How do members get access?
Your facility provides sign-in details. Downloading an app does not create a FitX account; members should ask their facility team for access.
Do the phone and TV need the same Wi-Fi network?
No. Both devices need internet access, but they do not have to share a Wi-Fi network. FitX connects them through the cloud.
What kinds of classes are available?
Explore strength, cycling, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, core, and functional training. Browse 44 public previews on this site; the available full library depends on your FitX solution.
Is workout equipment included?
Equipment is not necessarily included with your FitX purchase. Some classes use bikes, weights, mats, or functional training equipment. Review the equipment guide and discuss your space with the FitX team.
