Crystal is a yoga instructor with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She teaches various levels and styles of yoga including vinyasa style power, moderate flow and yin. She believes in the mental and physical healing power of yoga and helps people realize their full potential in each class by using creative and dynamic sequencing. She is inspired by the strength and balance that yoga has brought to her life both on and off the mat and makes it her goal to help others find the same benefits.

Alex McLean

Alex McLean is has been teaching group fitness since 1995. He is certified through AFAA and ACE as a group exercise instructor and AFAA, ACE and NASM as a personal trainer. Alex is an educator for three global brands: TRX®, Schwinn® Cycling and Strong by Zumba™. He was a featured master trainer for the Strong by Zumba™ consumer DVD and has appeared in video and print projects for TRX®, Under Armour® and Total Gym®. Alex worked behind the scenes as a fitness tech for TRX projects and Health Magazine shoots. Alex is also a professional dancer and acrobat.

Jennifer Graffice

Jennifer Graffice is NASM personal trainer with a degree in sports medicine. Jen is a published author and international speaker in the fitness industry. She understands that there’s more to physical conditioning than just simply being FIT. Taking the steps to making a change and getting the mind right is the key to unlocking success for anyone. jennifer schwartz-elliot

Jennifer has been in the fitness and wellness industry for 20 years. She was a collegiate athlete and majored in exercise and movement science. Jennifer been involved in every aspect of the fitness industry from athletic trainer to an indoor arena football team, coaching boot camps for LuLuLemon, to owning her own personal training business. Jennifer placed 13th out of 1200 participants in the 40-44 year old age group in the Southwest Region CrossFit open games. Jennifer’s goal is to help people enjoy fitness, and understand that health and wellness is a journey not an overnight achievement!

Amy has a B.S in Fitness Management. She is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Her other certifications include: 200 hour yoga teacher training, cycling, kickboxing, TRX, and barre. Watching my students succeed in their fitness journey both mentally and physically motivates and inspires me to keep challenging myself as an instructor. Not only do I want to keep pushing students to hit their fitness goals, it’s important to create a culture and environment to support and encourage each other. As an instructor I am inspired by my students’ energy and smiles. I hope all my students can become adrenaline junkies!

Mariah’s passion is finding a positive, safe space for clients to reach their full potential in their workouts. She is an instructor full time in beautiful, sunny Arizona teaching barre and cycling. Mariah graduated from Chico State University, California with a degree in nutrition. Food and fitness conversations are her favorite and she’s here to support you anyway she can. LIZ JONES

Liz Jones has been in the fitness industry for over 14 years and has loved every minute of it. She has a BS of Health Science, AFAA Group Fitness Certification, and holds multiple specialty certifications (High Fitness, TRX, Schwinn, Turbo Kick and YogaFIT are a few). Liz has taught almost every group fitness format created from HIGH Fitness, Power Yoga, Pilates, Spin, Barre, TurboKick, Zumba, Tabata, HIIT, Ampd and Strength Classes. In addition to being a group fitness instructor, she has worked in a variety of areas in the fitness field- as the director of corporate wellness for American Express, personal trainer, presenter for health and wellness seminars and is a GURU Master Trainer for HIGH Fitness. Liz has a huge passion for fitness and loves being able to connect and help make lifelong lifestyle changes with her clients. Besides teaching group fitness, she created her own fitness company POJO Fitness 10 years ago and has developed the POJO POWER METHOD.

Megan has been in the fitness industry for over three years and feels so fortunate to get to do what she loves full time as a CycleStar and General Manager at CycleBar as well as with the FitX team! After getting more into health and fitness over 7 years ago, she knew this was the route she wanted to pursue. She loves the connections she’s able to make & the fact that she can play some small role in a persons journey. She believes in pushing past your comfort zone to unlock the potential you didn’t even know you had!

Jaime Bugge

Jaime is not only a passionate fitness enthusiast, but he is our very own Torque Fitness rep here at FitX. His competitive drive started in collegiate sports which drove him right into the fitness industry and a love for health and wellness. He has a bodybuilding background and has competed in local bodybuilding competitions. He currently specializes in design and implementation in the functional training systems we currently use and advocate for. He trains 6 days a week with the mindset that “only goals drive results, anyone can dream”.

 

Liseth nathalia budzyn

Liseth is a professional Colombian dance instructor with eight years of experience and internationally certified.  Liseth has danced with famous latin bands, choregraped dance routines and has been featured in many music videos.  Liseth finally found her true passion when she realized that she was able to transform lives through incorporating her vast knowledge of dance into fitness.  You will find her helping women through her HITT paced, Latin inspired dance workouts. 

 

Esteban majlat

Esteban Majlat, a Criminologist by profession, but has a Passionate for health and fitness.  Esteban has been involved with indoor cycling since 2005. He obtained 3 Cycle certifications from Les Mills, Schwinn, and Keiser, and became a certified instructor in 2007.  Esteban's classes are very popular, he teaches a choreographed cycle routine that flows tightly with the music, creating a fantastic experience for the riders.  Esteban was nominated as Instructor of the year at Mountainside Fitness in 2022, and recently won the Instructor of the quarter award for 2023.
